Land registration is a State Subject according to Constitution of India. However, under e-Governance initiative, the Central government has put in lot of resources to ensure that all land records are computerized at state level, which are in advanced stages of implementation. We have been unable to find references related to the geometry of the land parcels. Each state offers a search service with the result in the shape of a form, without any geodata. Thus, the data submitted does not comply with the requirements of the 2015 index.
