• Unique identifier of the company
• Company address
• Updated at least once a month

The data is collected by the department of Deeds, companies and intellectual property of the Zimbabwean government (https://www.dcip.gov.zw/). There are forms on the site which can be downloaded for printing. There is also a project of Computerization which my indicate that the data is not in digital form.
