• Name of vendor
• amount of the transaction
• Update on a monthly basis

The Ministry of Finance publishes very detailed and thorough reports about planned and actual spending four times a year at: https://www.mof.go.tz/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=24:budget-execution-reports&catid=67:budget-execution-reports&Itemid=38F

These reports include tables of aggregated spending data but not transactional data.
