All legislations are published as bulletin "the Official Gazette". it is nowhere to be found online.

There is web page for Syrian decrees and laws on Syrian e-Gov Web Portal official website, but we are not sure if all legislations are available there, and how often is updated (https://portal.egov.sy/law.ar_law/en/0/0/module.page.html).
