The data on postal/zip codes was easily available on the site geopostcodes.com . This site even have details on the latitude and longitude of the cities of the country. Data didn't change

Data is available in this link - https://www.sla.gov.sg/Services/StreetMap/LicensingofDigitisedLandInformation.aspx#2 In order to get license for the data, one need to apply and pay for it. Data therefore, is not publicly available. After payment, data is available in machine readable format and in bulk.
