SUNARP holds the official companies registry for Peru, but the only way to obtain data from it is with a search term of at least 3 characters. (https://www.sunarp.gob.pe/RelacionS_01.asp) It is not possible to freely browse or download the data. Also, full address details are not given.

The original submission was for Ministry of Health data and not a companies register. I have replaced it a government companies register that I found and filled in fields accordingly.
