Timetables of major government operated (or commissioned) national-level public transport services (specifically bus and train). The focus here is on national level services (not those which operate only at a municipal or city level and which are not controlled or regulated by the national government). A 'yes' in any question will refer to both types of transport. However, if there is no national level service operated or regulated by the government for a given type of transport (for instance busses), then this type is ignored in this data category. Data submitted in this category should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Time of operating
- Time of leaving first station and arriving to the last station
- Updated at least once a year

Nothing new compared to last year could be found on the Libyan Ministry of Transportation (https://mot.gov.ly/) and the website of the Roads Agency and Road Transportation is down (https://www.raba.ly/). Railroads don't exist, this website states it is still in planing phase (https://www.railroads.org.ly/)
Previous year's comment below: Railway used to exist in Libya but Gaddhafi simply left it unmaintained and it hasn't functionned for decades. There's no national bus service to connect towns, there's no national service for buses inside a city. Privately-operated microbuses function in the cities but they don't have online timetables; their timetables are known by people. Finally, flights link the big three cities but unsure about who owns them and anyway they don't have online timetables.
