The Italian Government has released Soldi Pubblici, https://soldipubblici.gov.it/ based on the data available through the SIOPE platform. This is the Information system through which any treasurer of public agencies reports payments on daily basis. The data however is aggregated and not transactional but the frequency indicates the data exists and is digital.
