The gateway to access the land survey data is https://sister.agenziaentrate.gov.it/Main/index.jsp, but in order to view/download the data one must have an account. Prerequisite for an account: 1. an Italian digital signature 2. send some documents 3. wait the approval process. Only the cadastral data of Province of Trento is open data. One can download it from here https://dati.trentino.it/organization/pat-s-catasto.
