The Iran Portal has a section for health here (https://eservices.iran.ir/), which has some link to list of hospitals in Tehran here (https://www.tehran.ir/Default.aspx?tabid=171), however it only has hospital names, address and telephone, no geo-location or opening hours; nevertheless it provides links to some hospitals where you can see their schedules.
