The postal codes are made up of province, canton and districts (each assigned a number) and made available via an interactive form, one at a time. The map data, available at https://www.snitcr.go.cr/ does include the breakdown of provinces, cantons and districts so the data can be found and merged together but it is not easily accessible.

Geolocation is no sufficient for this dataset type.
