De igual manera se pueden descargar gratuitamente en formato XML, a pesar de que no se encuentre la información con todas las características solicitadas por la comunidad: https://www.igac.gov.co/wps/portal/igac/raiz/iniciohome/MapasdeColombia/Descargas

Con el fin de contribuir con mayor información, incluyo la url del ICDE (Infraestructura Colombiana de Datos Espaciales), con los datos en formato XML del mapa catastral: https://www.icde.org.co/web/guest/wms_igac
