The High Tender Board ( https://htb.gov.ye/project_accepted_sh.php ) publishes details about tender announcements and awards. The awards page shows the name of the project, the name of the winning company, the value of the contract and other dates. The tender announcement page does not currently have any announcements, it could be possible that there are no open tenders at the moment because of the crisis in Yemen, but it is also possible that the website is just not up to date.
