Uruguay / Water Quality / 2015
Data, measured at the water source, on the quality of water is essential for both the delivery of services and the prevention of diseases. In order to satisfy the minimum requirements for this category, data should be available on level of the following chemicals by water source and be updated at least weekly:
- fecal coliform
- arsenic
- fluoride levels
- nitrates
- TDS (Total dissolved solids)

Sparse information from specific studies has been compiled by an NGO (https://vidasilvestre.org.uy/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/informeaguafinalcm1.pdf) but no official source for national-level water quality data.
On a local level, updated and quality information can be found for the capital (Montevideo): https://www.montevideo.gub.uy/ciudad-y-cultura/deportes-y-playas/playasciudad-y-cultura/deportes-y-playas/playasciudad-y-cultura/deportes-y-playas/playas/metodologia-de/informes

Seems there is data for the from the national water utility. Most of the parameters are covered. The only problem is that I'm not sure on the location of the testing. If they are doing it at access points or out of the processing plant
