This data category requires all national laws and statutes available to be available online, although it is not a requirement that information on legislative behaviour e.g. voting records is available. To satisfy this category, the following minimum criteria must be met:
- Content of the law / status
- If applicable, all relevant amendments to the law
- Date of last amendments
- Data should be updated at least on quarterly

The Quality of the data is very well in respect of Content, because you can find the documents with a high level of granularity, this is, who proposed the law, when did it, the content of the documents, etc. About the structure, there are no structure of the data, there are not tabular format at all.
There is another link where the data is placed with more information about the actual status of the documents that are processed for subsequent enactment: https://sil2py.senado.gov.py/
Considering the license, all the Paraguayan laws are not subject to the Copyright law (Art. 8 Law 1328 [1]), which means that the content of the laws are public, and as by Art. 8, it requires attribution.
