The Ministry of Justice maintains a data base of all the legal documents: https://www.justice.gov.mk/LDBISReader/SearchLawRegulation.aspx Users can perform a search. Unfortunately, only the first 30 results are shown (currently there are 38 081 documents in the database). There is no bulk download available.
