• Planned budget divided by government department and sub-department
• Updated once a year.
• The budget should include descriptions regarding the different budget sections.

Moldova has a law on re-use of public data since 2012 (In Romanian: https://lex.justice.md/index.php?action=view&view=doc&lang=1&id=347200) but the website of the ministry of finance uses a restrictive license.
