The e-Health Kenya data portal provides a regularly updated list of Kenya Health Facilities complete with services offered at these public facilities. The last update was made on September 23, 2015.

No data currently exists on infectious diseases on the portal (polio vaccination is explicitly highlighted though, with an emphasis on no charge)

Kenya Open Data Portal contains information on HIV Prevalence rates at county level and by Gender. Data on other infectious diseases does not exist from Government sources.
