The data regarding hospitals and healthcare services is available in bulk and is updated on a regular basis. The Epistat website (https://epistat.wiv-isp.be/) does provide information regarding infectious diseases in Belgium, but the data can't be downloaded and it's unsure how regular the website is being updated.
