The Agency did a really good job by making this website. However, there are still a few flaws. The tenders are published in PDF, but the PDF-s are not actually machine readable (e.g. if you would like to build a crawler which was supposed to go through these documents and index them, it would be impossible). There is also no option for bulk download of data. Other than that, good effort and an improvment on the situation of a few years ago.
